Good hotel location. Breakfast for all tastes. There were four of us and everyone was happy with the breakfast. They made it 40 minutes early, no extra charge for it.
Two improved rooms were paid for. They paid extra for the elevated floor during check-in. It is better to do it, as the view from the windows of the 1st and 2nd floors can be on the reception hall. We needed the rooms on the same floor, as there were no 2 improved rooms, we were offered to replace one room with a suite at no extra charge. We agreed. When we were discharged, they took an extra charge for the suite. Another minus hotel in standard and superior rooms does not have bathrobes and slippers. The hair dryer is extremely uncomfortable to use, you have to keep the button pressed all the time.

Excellent staff, good location, pleasant design.
The option is absolutely not worth the money. It's not worth five stars. It's a chic hall, and the rooms aren't nice. It's like living in a box. It's been improved - the low ceilings are very damaging to the feeling of being there. But that's from something that's hard to change. And the rest: no slippers, no bathrobes, repair in the shower made, but it feels like the cheapest materials. White tiles, painted white ceiling. Very narrow inconvenient bath/shower. You wash like your grandmother's out of town. The price for these rooms should be at least three times cheaper, even considering that everything in the country is expensive.

Well-equipped fitness center.
The check-in process was slow, taking over 20 minutes. The room was quite uncomfortable due to poorly fitted curtains that let in too much light, disturbing our sleep. The mattress was too soft and the shower design was impractical, leading to a wet floor after every use.

very nice proximity to the round tower and botanical garden
I was thrilled with how easy it was to walk to the beautiful Botanical Garden in just a few minutes and to explore the fine Round Tower just a short stroll away as I soaked in Copenhagen's charm. The atmosphere was cozy and modern, although the room could have been a bit more excellent for the price I paid.

Great atmosphere, good location in the Latin Quarter, very close to the main attractions.
Crowded brunch at Sunday when we stayed, all the hotel guests needed to have their breakfast in a small room. This was a major disadvantage for such a luxury hotel. No spa available.

Elegant Stay with Really good Amenities
I loved the spacious room with a balcony offering fine views of the city. The gym and sauna provided a relaxing retreat after exploring. The breakfast spread was a good surprise, with a perfect variety to fuel our day. Highly recommend packing workout clothes to enjoy the full experience!

Great bed, fantastic breakfast, and an amazing fitness facility. It is a real city gym that lets the hotel guests in for free, not a typical hotel gym.
the shower in the bathroom was open, no shower curtain...so it got a bit messy....
